You need JavaScript enabled to view it Senior Research Associate, Antibody Discovery and Protein Expression Description: A senior research associate position is available for the expression of target antigens and the discovery of therapeutic antibodies. Responsibilities will include cloning and expressing proteins, mammalian cell culture, assays, characterization of antibodies and other proteins, and antibody optimization. Requirements: The candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated researcher with a B.S. or M.S. and a minimum of 2+ years of industrial laboratory experience. The candidate must have broad expertise in molecular biology, protein expression and assays. Additional experience in protein characterization, assay development, phage display and membrane bound proteins would be desirable. In addition, the candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work both as part of a team and independently, and the ability and interest to learn new skills.
